Fayetteville Home Inspection Services You Can Trust.

Our Inspector – Byron Ling, North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector #2838

Let me start off by making you a BIG Promise.  Attend your home inspection, and if for any reason you’re not satisfied with the “Quality” of the home inspection service, tell the inspector before the end of the inspection and we’ll either make it right, or you don’t pay the home inspection fee!
After more than 15+ years in the Home Inspection Business, I’ve seen many fly-by-night Home inspectors come and go. I feel sorry for the home buyers that are victimized by these unscrupulous operators.

I’m so confident in our inspections that I’m willing to put my money where my mouth is.

How Can We Guarantee an Inspection?

It’s easy. We find more defects than our competition. The end result is that you save more money. Most contracts allow negotiations with the seller to make repairs or give you credit at closing. So the more defects we find, the more money you save.
We don’t rush. This allows us time to do a thorough inspection of your new home or condo. This also means we charge a little more than most of our competitors.

The More Thorough We Are, The More Defects We Find, and The More Money You Save!

Extremely detailed and thorough inspection, and also provides easy to understand explanations of any issues found. Made us feel way better buying our first home and will recommend to anyone in the future.

Byron did a great job with our home inspection; he took the time to explain what he was doing and what he found, plus his recommendations. There were no surprises in the inspection write-up, which was clear and thorough. Recommended!

Your Fayetteville home inspection company, Patriot Home Inspections, shows Chimney Issues. A cricket or saddle flashing is important when the chimney structure is 30″ or wider so it can divert water away from the chimney. If you’re not sure if your chimney has this protection installed, you should have a qualified roofer determine this for you.

Do you know if your roof has issues? There are many things that can compromise your roof. Some things we’re not even aware of…like a small nail pop. That small nail pop can cause serious damage that you might not be aware of for months or years down the road.

This is a water heater defect. The discharge tube has been cut off and now, if the water pressure builds up to a point that it must discharge, if anyone is in the area, they will get scalded by the hot water in the water heater. This is a safety issues and needs to be repaired.

A professional experience. Very Solid home inspection, noticed way more than what we initially noticed during our own walk through. He was thorough, arrived early, was kind and courteous, and his price point was great. Would recommend him to any family or friends and would use him again in the future. Thanks.
